When deleting a user from our box it asked to input an email to transfer the folders he owned to. (this has never happened before or since). I did this and the only document in the folder was a guide to box. However I am now unable to delete the folder. There is no delete option. I am the owner of the folder. I tried to transfer ownership to our generic account to see if the delete option would appear. But it won't let me upgrade the permission from a co-owner to an owner. And even at co-owner permission there is still no option to delete the folder.
If I try to delete from box drive it deletes then just reappears straight away.
How can I get rid of this folder?
