I find it ridiculous that every time we add a new user to our Enterprise Account we go through this process. No the email did not hit spam or anywhere else, we have ran message trace each time this happens. Never any support or direct line to get someone to easily fix this for us when we needed. It makes our onboarding new users on Box extremely difficult.
Please fix this ASAP!
