How do you get an embed url when creating a sign request? The request is being made successfully and properly notifying all signers, however the response only provides a 'nil' embed_url. Is there something required in the request body/headers that will provide a response with a valid embed_url?

It looks like `embed_url_external_user_id` is required in order for the response to include an `embed_url`
