We have a new user, brought in via sync to AzureAD. They did not receive a Welcome Email.   When attempting to login to BOX, we can only get to the 'verify your account' page but no email is ever sent.
We have waited over 24 hours and verified nothing is quarantined in our email filter.


Please have support reach out for the specific user account details.
