Hello Team,
We have an individual account with Box. a new user tries to create account and he is getting a message that the confirmation email has been sent to his email address; however, he does not receive that confirmation email. He checked his Junk folder, suppression list everything and it's not there either. when recreate account then get message " Email is already taken" . Please let me know what information you need to be able to look into the issue for me.
