Have a new user created her with my admin credentials but shes not receiving the invite email .. its not blocked in spam filter

If your new user didn’t receive the confirmation email after adding her in your enterprise. You could check if the user’s email address is in suppression list.
Here are the steps to confirm if your managed user is in suppression list:
- Login to Box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Notifications tab.
- In the Notifications tab, kindly scroll down to Suppression List Management section and type in the email address of your new user.
- Click the suggestion dialog. The user account name and the email assigned to this account will be displayed.
- Click Remove from list to remove the user from the suppression list.
If the user isn’t suppressed, you can follow these troubleshooting guide if you can’t receive email notifications from Box.
