New iPhone - Two-Factor not backed up.

I recently purchased a new iPhone 14 and am having issues with two-factor ID. I thought I backed up my Okta settings, but I don't see Box listed. Is there a way to help me sign-bak in so I can reset the two-factor ID and gain access to my files? Thanks.

    Hello!

    To resolve 2FA issues with Box on your new iPhone 14, use any backup codes you saved for Okta or contact Box support for assistance. If your organization uses Okta for SSO, reach out to your IT support to reset your authentication settings. Alternatively, use another trusted device logged into Box to reset 2FA from the security settings. These steps should help you regain access to your account.
