New Computer - Lost files

I had to redownload Windows on my laptop which meant my computer went back to factory settings. I save all my files to box drive. When I go to my folders on box drive, it says there are 0 files in the folder, however i know there was close to at least 30-100 files in each of those folders. I desperately need these files back as im a student as need proof of my work

    Did you installed Box Drive after setting up your machine? Also, did you check in box.com if you can access your missing files there?

    Hello! Yes, I’ve installed Box Drive, as well as checked box.com but the folders don’t have my files inside them.
