New Business Plan - Cannot Add Box Shuttle

Hi,

 

I’ve recently made a Box.com Business account. I am on the 14 day trial. 

 

I am trying to use the Box Shuttle feature to transfer all my files from Dropbox to Box.com.

 

I’ve read the guides and looked at the forums, but I cannot get the Box Shuttle integration to work properly. It keeps looping me back and forth to the website log-in and stating that my integration could not be verified.

 

Could you please resolve this for me? I need it fixed as soon as possible.

This issue often occurs when accessing Box Shuttle from the left panel. Instead, go to Admin Console > Content > Shuttle directly. Also, note that Dropbox Personal accounts aren’t supported—only Dropbox Business is compatible. If the loop persists, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window. For persistent login issues, Box Support can assist with backend verification. Make sure your Box account has admin privileges to access Shuttle. Let me know if you need a step-by-step!
