With a new Box drive download on a colleague's PC the Search window does not come up. instead the full windows explorer type of window comes up and i find you can search in there.
So different people in the charity are seeing it work in different ways. Has there been an upgrade to this new way of working for new users or will all users change to the new way of working?

Windows search tools such as Cortana or File Explorer search do not return Box Drive results. You would need to use Box Drive's search tool instead.
