I heard discussion about a new Box Drive app for Macs running the M1 CPU by Apple. I have an older Mac with an Intel CPU. I haven't updated to Big Sur to avoid problems. Will the Box Drive app update for M1/Big Sur Macs also work for Intel/Big Sur Macs? Or does that require a separate app update?

There's a known issue with Box Drive's compatibility with the new Apple M1 chipset. Our team is working diligently for a fix in a future release to support both Intel-based, and M1-based Mac machines so please look forward to it.
