Never received email to View and accept Terms

I created an account today and followed the instructions provided up to the point where the instructions said that I should have received a message that said Accept Terms of Service.  I never received that.  Without accepting the terms, I can't access any shared folders.  Anyone know how to resolve?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    If you received a collaboration invite from an Enterprise that implement Terms of Service. You will accept the Terms of Service by logging in to Box.com and click View Terms where you can either reject or agree. 

    Meanwhile, through your inbox you will receive the notification for collaboration invite. Did you received the invitation?
