Need two factor at EVERY login

I have submitted a support ticket, but want to make sure I am getting a response as soon as possible.  I am needing 2-factor at every login.  I have enabled two-factor, and even though I have the cookie settings to clear each time the browser is closed, I am NEVER asked for two-factor on either Chrome or Edge?  Can someone please contact me regarding how to get this done?
