Need to update email address for an individual account.

I need to update my email address. My account is an individual account and I have no ADMIN listed under the account details. It does give me an error that "someone else" has access to manage my account when I try - it just won't tell me who.  When I click contact support it brings me to this forum.  No email address, no phone, no chat function, no way to contact support. So maybe someone out here can tell me how to contact support to update my email address.

I have an individual account and need to change my log-in email because my previous email has expired now (moved to gmail instead).

I only have few days before I loose my email and as a consequence I will lose my BOX.COM account after so many years!! Can you please help???
