Need to transfer files from shared Box to another Box account

Hi, I have a questions that I need to transfer around 100K files from shared Box link to my own Box account.
Since the files are important to me, I am afraid of lost during transfer, what is the best way to transfer those files to my own box account.
Please note the ownership of the shared Box link is not myself.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The best option is to manually download the files from the Shared link into your computer, and then you manually upload them into your own Box account.

    You may use the upload button via the Box Webapp or a Box desktop app such as Box Drive to upload the files in batches into your Box account.

    Hi France, 

    I tried above solution, however I found there is some missing files did not transferred to my own box.
    What should I do to solve it as I need to compete it within these few days.
