Need to submit a ticket

We are a paying customer with many purchased seats. However, I am not able to submit a ticket. We are having issues with the new seats we purchase. When we add a person it says they are pending, but they are not receiving an invite. And when we have them reset their password they don't get anything sent to their email. 

I tried to submit a ticket and it would not let me. Please let me know what I can do to get some assistance. We did email our account rep, Kendall Mainz, and he told us to submit a ticket.

Please advise.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

Your profile in this post appears to be linked to a Personal Free Box and this type of account does not have the option to submit ticket to Product Support.

If you have a separate Box that is part of a paid Business or Enterprise account, please login to that Box account and then go to your display photo on the upper right side of the screen, and choose "Help" from the options. It will open another tab to the Box support page, once there login to the support page (it should log you in using your Box credentials) then click "Support > Contact Support" to see the available support channels for your type of account.

I read the instruction on how to delete a file.  The ellipsis does not offer a delete function.  right clicking on the file just expands it.  what is wrong that I cannot delete a file?

I am able to log in but the files that have been working in are all of sudden gone - it allows me to use authenticator but is not letting me in.

Hi, Im trying to use the FTP service on box. however Box does not require SSO log in.. how can i create a local account?

I am trying to collaborate on a word doc using Word Online. My co-worker is currently on the document, but I do not have the option to open with Word Online; the only options are to open in Word or Google Docs:

I tried going to "integrations" under account settings, but Microsoft Office Online is grayed out and I cannot select it as an option. 

I am unable to locate the option to submit a ticket.
