Need to reset authenticator

I am locked out of my personal account due to a changed phone and the previous Authenticator app is now not working. Can you reset my account please so I can set it up again? At present I cannot log in to my account at all.

@Rona, i have the same issue. I got a new phone and I lost my Authenticator App. Could you help me here please? Thank you!
