Need to move an Unmanaged user to our Enterprise Account

What are the steps to make an unmanaged user a managed user? Please advise. Thanks, Vladimir

Additionally, this unmanaged user has content in Box that needs to be moved - along with his account - to our enterprise. Thanks, Vladimir
