It seems I have already had an account associated with  Personal Free Box account.
I need to migrate the account to the enterprise team.


I directed me to contact Box Support directly from internal IT support.
Could you please assist with this?

I am writing to request the move to my Box account from a personal instance to the corporate instance associated with amzon.com.


 


I am pert of amazon.com, but my account is not associated with the corporate instance.


I have been instructed by an internal support member to request Box Support to move my account to the corporate instance.


I am unable to log in to the Box environment for work and am experiencing difficulties. Could you please address this issue as soon as possible?
