Need to know who Admin at my company is for Company Box account

Corporate does not know who admin is for box account. I need to know who the admin for @Jacobs.com account is.

    Hi Andrew, 

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If your company has a Business or Enterprise subscription to Box, they should be able to find the email address of your Box Admin under the "Account Settings > 'Account' tab > under the Account Details section" at the bottom of the Box account page.

    You may also reach out to your internal helpdesk or company IT as they usually have this information on who you should reach out to concerning your company Box.
