Need to have Storage Script run on my Box Account

I have the dreaded mismatch between storage and available space on my box account. Please run the script so I can continue to utilized my Box service for my business.  Thanks,.

    We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

    Hi Box team,

    I'm having an error with a user account not being able to upload a file due to error message "account storage limit reached'. However, the user only has 70 MB of their allotted 10 GB used so far.
