Need to disable 2FA on former Owner account

Hi.  I have a user who is no longer with our organization, who is still the Owner on a number of company Box folders.  I have access to this users' email address, but 2FA is enabled on the account and I can't access their phone.  How can I get the account 2FA switched off?
