Need To Disable 2 - Factor Authentication on one of the users connected to my account

We have been stuck in a loop for one of the user's on our account. It is our project management email. We have given the code and it still tells us over and over that the code was incorrect. We need to be able to access this account on multiple devices and have not been able to get in.
