Need to delete an old academic account

I need access to Box using my personal email address for a project I am participating in. However, my 10 year old academic email is still being used as my master email for Box even though it is no longer in use. That account is linked to my current email address as well, which means there is no way for me to sign in currently. I wish there was an easier way to contact IT for this kind of thing, but the forum seems to be the only option. Thanks for your help!
