Hello,
I need to change the primary email address linked to my Box account. I've been told to first add it as another seat/user, and then to make it a co-admin. However, after adding it as a user, I can't make it a co-admin because it is unverified. The steps to verify it include going to my domain host and updating the DNS...this all seems quite complicated!
Is there not an easier way to change the primary email address linked to my account?
