I need to change my email address and the site says that because I am not the administrator, I can't change it.  I'm using Box.com for uploads for certifications for the Gottman Institute so I don't know who the administrator is.  How can I do this?

I have the same issue: I need to change the login email of my account but I didn't understand to whom send the request (I read around that should be the administrator but no idea about who it could be and didn't find any email address in Box site).
