Need Solution - Sign NDA to Access a Box.net Folder

I sell commercial real estate and looking for solution similar to what DocSend provides.

I would like to send a link to potential Buyers that takes them to an NDA. 

Once they sign the NDA online, they are given access to a Box.net folder.

Any apps that can do this that intregate with Box.net?

DocSend is very expensive so looking for another solution.
