Hi,

My customer shared some files in box.com, but I couldn't review them without a account at that time which I didn't know why. Thus, I applied a account, but found been took payment USD540 on Jan/18. May i request a cancellation of my account and refund of my money back to my card as soon as possible?

Also, please remove my credit card information. Thank you.
