Need older version of installer due to uninstall issue.

Can anyone provide the Box.2.52.313.msi?

the install got corrupted and somehow i can’t uninstall it is looking for C:\programdata\Box\Box\Installer\Box.2.52.313.msi

I have .315 but that doesn’t work. I can’t seem to find this slightly older .msi.

I don’t think there is a removal tool. I tried the boxeditcleaner-peruser and per machine powershell but that didn’t resolve.

Trying to install latest version but it won’t remove older version..

any help appreciated.

    Hello,

    You can try repairing the uninstall entry by providing the missing MSI file. Since Windows Installer requires the exact version (Box.2.52.313.msi), the newer 2.52.315.msi usually won’t work. If you can’t find the old installer, try using Microsoft’s Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter to remove the broken Box installation entry, then install the latest Box version fresh. Another option is to contact Box Support and request the specific 2.52.313.msi installer package, as they may have access to older builds.
