    Have you already checked your spam/ junk folders to see if the Box password reset email is in there?

    If not, our team can help check to see if your email is on the email block list and this will require a ticket to be opened for you.

    It does seem you already have a ticket for this issue with our support department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
