Wondering if anyone from Box can help me out here -- I have another account that I set up with a different email address. However, the last time I tried to log in, it put me into a TFA protocol. However, I never set up TFA. So now I'm permanently locked out of an account I used quite a bit. Is there any way to reset it so I only need my password?
