How do I uppload a picture from my Android Samsung Fold 3 to BOX without it becoming a HEIC file?

If the picture files are originally in HEIC file format from your Android device, it will be uploaded as is in Box.
Looks like you will need to use a file converter or disable the HEIC image from your Camera settings just as discuss in this forum.
