I am getting this error - Attempt to de-reference a null object


 


Steps 


1. Created new Prod Salesforce Org


2. Signed up for free box individual account


3. Installed Box app in salesforce


3. Went to box app in salesforce and box settings tab. Tried to configure login for admin. It asked me for username and password. Provided i can see under security in box account login was successful but on salesforce side it shows 
Attempt to de-reference a null object

Cant connect salesforce with box service user
