Need help to reactivate account for an collaborator

Hello, 

We use Box to share DMC materials with the committee. The DMC chair's account was deactivated and he was not able to reactivate it. Could you please help? Here is his name and email address:

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    You may have the affected user to contact his Primary Admin instead. At this rate, It's his Admin who could  reactivate his Box account.
