Somehow a Boxnote was deleted/removed, but it does not show in the trash under items I own or Items I deleted, despite me owning it. It was created yesterday and deleted today. Please help restore it ASAP

Need help restoring deleted Box Note
I have tried multiple browsers and had numerous other users try and access it and they also can not. The access status was Users with the Link could edit. but now no one can even view
The Box note was titled "How Trello is Used Today" . Most recent contribution was 6 hrs ago (~8am eastern Nov 16)
