Need help closing account I no longer have MFA access to

For some reason this is the only way to submit a support ticket?

Anyway, I have multiple accounts (firstname.lastname@gmail and firstnamelastname@gmail). I don’t have the mfa/authenticator access for one of the accounts and I would like to close it.
