Need help accessing box folder

Hi Team,

I am having issues access a box folder as the original owner is no longer working with the company. Please see link here so will appreciate your support.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If the owner of the folder no longer in the company and you cannot access the files, please be advised that Box cannot give you access to the folder. The owner has the right to give you an access again.
