Need an account rep for Business account so we can switch from Ccard to

Need to change payment from mo. billing to yearly and also as a PO and invoice so we can pay the next payment as a yearly purchase that goes through our Accounts payable dept. as a check that is issued/other options than credit card for just adding new users at $25 each month.
