Hi Box Team,
My account is running up against quota issues, but I know the amount showing is not properly reflecting how much storage I'm actually using. This has happened several times in the past and requires some sort of fix on the back end. I was looking for a way to directly contact support as I've done before, but this seems like the only way in at the moment. Please let me know if you need additional information on the issue.
