Maybe I'm nuts for wanting to use BOX as a replacement for stored documents (pdf, jpg, notes, docs, spreadsheets) that have been in OneDrive and Dropbox. But I've not been happy with either cloud service. Some of the extra services in BOX are enticing.
BUT I'm a one-man show! No other people, departments or hierarchy. No tech guy to hand the organize/migrate chore to. And definitely no spare time to figure it all out without experienced help.
HOW DO I REACH AN ACTUAL BOX PERSON?
