Need a report to display the Tag of a file

Hi is there any feature to create a report with following columns

Tag is the column business is using to record the current status of the file

with values ....

Pending

completed

singed

Need a new report so that user can run it from box

Folder Name

File Name

File Uploaded by

FIle Upload date

Tag -------------------------------business is using this field

File Last Modified Date
