My Storage Usage is Incorrect

Where can I get this script?

I have the  same problem of incorrect free space. How to solve it?

According to this article we can ask customer support to run the script.

Please do it on my account.

Also a button in Account Settings to do it ourselfs would be nice.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
