My storage is full, 9.8 GB, but it's almost empty

Hello!
My storage is filled up by 9.8 GB, but in fact I've uploaded only ~1.5 MB. Could you fix this issue?

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
