My plan that I had was changed so that the files I had within box got deleted

Is there a way for me to recover the deleted files if i upgrade my plan or is it too late?

      Welcome to Box Community, and we are happy to answer your question regarding file recovery in case you decide to upgrade.  

       

      Once you have decided to upgrade your Box subscription, please note that the available features for your chosen plan is not retroactive. 

      Especially if we’re talking about file recovery, you can only utilize for your deleted files after your upgrade.
