Is there a way for me to recover the deleted files if i upgrade my plan or is it too late?

Once you have decided to upgrade your Box subscription, please note that the available features for your chosen plan is not retroactive.
Especially if we’re talking about file recovery, you can only utilize for your deleted files after your upgrade.
