One of my folders shows I have 79 files in it, but there are actually only 9 files in the folder.  This is keeping me from uploading additional files as Box says my account if full, when I should have plenty of space.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
