Question
My images won't open.

I use the Box mobile app, and I just want to let you know that the app isn't opening the images I store on it. I recently changed my cell phone and I'm sure it's not my device, because this problem persists since my previous cell phone, it's been more than years.
When trying to open an image, the app returns to the home screen, or pin.

To help address your issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out and log in from your Box mobile application.
- Uninstall and re-install your Box mobile application.

Good morning Rona. Thank you for your tip, but it doesn't make any sense, I specified that I've done everything, in addition to having recently changed my cell phone, and this problem has been with me for years. Sorry, but you clearly haven't even read everything I've written.
