My account is since 50 gb free times. I selected Personal Pro plan and after downgrade to free it is turned 10 gb. Why?

I just noticed that I have the same issue, i cancelled pro and lost my free 50GB 


Did this get resolved?  I don't want to lose my 50gb if I sign up for a pro plan then later cancel it.
