This cloud deleted almost all my files from the cloud. The trash folder is also empty so you cannot restore anything. I don't have any other Box accounts and I did not collaborate with anybody. Where are my files then ????? The best of all - still showing I use 7GB of my free space.

When did you noticed your files has disappeared? Also, are you working on your files through box.com or in your local Box folder?
By the way, I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

This happened already twice. First time I noticed they disappear, they were still in Trash so I moved them to main box.
This time I did not react on time and they are gone. I so use both box.com and box drive. This stuff is important to me please help me to get it back. Once I do get it back I close my account.
