My files disappeared fom BOX

Hundreds of files have disappeared from my BOX drive. Folders are still there. In some cases .pdf files have survibed. But all the rest is gone. These are work documents, vital for my teaching. I have emaild BOX support and have a case number (Case #2465332). My help request has been aknowledged (thank you Leonard) a few days ago. I provided all the info requested but nothing since then. It is really vital that I get those files back. Thanks

    Unfortunately the files in my “Personal” folder are still nowhere to be found.
    Let me just point out that all the files in my “Personal” folder are in need of ‘recovery’.
    It should revert to the situation prior August 27th.
    I am looking forward to reaching a solution to this paiful problem.
