Hi,
A zip file of major importance to me has just been deleted from my Box account: it no longer appears.
It doesn't appear in the recycle bin, and it doesn't appear anywhere among my folders.
Please do something to recover my file. There must be a trace on your side.

As for your missing file, did you know if this was your owned file or just a shared file? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the file owner and have him/her to re-share the file.
Meanwhile, if it's a file you own you may go back to your trash: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

The file was not shared and, as I said, the file doesn't appear in the trash (that's why it's an anomaly!).
